Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Peel bananas and mash until smooth.
- Mix mashed bananas with almond flour and baking powder until combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a sweeter bread, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
