Bananas
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix in melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt; fold into wet ingredients.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese and butter, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla for frosting.
  6. Spread frosting over cooled bars and serve.
