Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
Almond Flour
  • 2 cups almond flour
Eggs
  • 3 large eggs
Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix with eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in nuts if using, then pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
