Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix with eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in nuts if using, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
