Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unfold puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut out tree shapes using cookie cutter.
- Place half of the trees on a baking sheet.
- Top each tree with brie cheese.
- Cover with remaining pastry trees.
- Press edges to seal, crimp with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a high-quality brie cheese. Be careful not to overbake, as the cheese can melt and leak out.
