Ingredients
  

Dairy and condiments
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for serving Crackers or tortilla chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in cranberries, jalapenos, cheddar, green onions, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Let cool slightly and serve warm with crackers or chips.

Notes

For less heat, remove seeds from jalapenos before chopping.
