Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix chicken, rice, soups, broth, sour cream, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and spread over top.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
