Method
- Slice chicken into thin strips. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
- Dip chicken in flour, then buttermilk, then panko, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Fry chicken in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy. Crumble into pieces.
- Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken, and bacon in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

For extra flavor, try adding a dash of hot sauce to the ranch dressing!
