Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
Bacon
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
Coating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken into thin strips. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  3. Dip chicken in flour, then buttermilk, then panko, ensuring it's well-coated.
  4. Fry chicken in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  5. Cook turkey bacon until crispy. Crumble into pieces.
  6. Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  7. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken, and bacon in the center of each tortilla.
  8. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  9. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a dash of hot sauce to the ranch dressing!
