Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- Combine cooked beef, chopped potatoes, onions, garlic, mushroom soup, cheese, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Spray crock pot, transfer mixture, and spread evenly.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir and serve hot.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk before serving.
