Meat
  • 1 pound ground beef
Vegetables
  • 4 potatoes potatoes chopped
  • 1 onion onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Canned Goods
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • to taste seasoning

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Combine cooked beef, chopped potatoes, onions, garlic, mushroom soup, cheese, and seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Spray crock pot, transfer mixture, and spread evenly.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir and serve hot.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk before serving.
