Method
- Mix rice, broth, soup, and spices in a bowl.
- Pour half into crockpot, add chicken, then top with remaining rice mixture.
- Add vegetables on top, cover, and cook on low 6-7 hours.
- Stir in cheese during last 30 minutes if desired, then serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or spices as desired.
