Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Alfredo
  • 1 lb Cooked Pasta whole wheat or protein-enriched
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce low-fat
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets steamed
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and steamed broccoli to the skillet.
