Method
- Prepare Lobster Tails: Cut down the center of the shell, separate, and lift the meat. Loosen the meat but leave it connected. Pull the meat over the shell.
- Season: Combine melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using). Brush over the lobster meat.
- Air Fry: Place lobster tails in the air fryer. Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes, until cooked through.
- Garnish & Serve: Remove from the air fryer. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
