  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 sheets aluminum foil 12x12 inches

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine steak, shrimp, bell peppers, onion, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Divide the mixture onto the four sheets of aluminum foil.
  5. Fold foil to create sealed packets, ensuring room for steam.
  6. Place packets in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook in batches if needed.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until steak and shrimp are cooked.
  8. Carefully open the packets (steam will escape) and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
