Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix chicken, vegetables, broth, milk, soup, and seasonings.
- Place one crust in a pie dish, add filling, then cover with second crust. Seal edges and cut slits.
- Brush top with beaten egg and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely, then wrap and freeze. Reheat from frozen at 350°F (175°C) for 1-1.5 hours.
