Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt. Stir gently.
- Add flour and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until done.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips!
