Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix in oil, sugars, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients separately, then fold into wet mixture.
- Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, cool, then slice and serve.
