Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas until smooth. Mix in eggs, oat flour, coconut sugar, avocado oil, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Fold in most chocolate chips, reserving some for topping. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
