Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz whole wheat egg noodles
Canned Tuna
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
Vegetables
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
Dairy & Broth
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheese optional
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook noodles, then mix with yogurt, broth, seasonings, tuna, peas, celery, and onion.
  3. Combine with cooked noodles, transfer to a greased dish, top with cheese and breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and heated through.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
