Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix ricotta, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with ricotta mixture. Spread half of marinara in a baking dish.
- Pour pasta mixture over sauce, top with remaining marinara and mozzarella. Cover and bake 25 mins, then uncover and bake 10-15 mins until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with basil if desired, then serve.
Notes
You can add extra vegetables or cheese for more flavor.
