Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas and mix with eggs, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold dry mixture into wet ingredients; add optional mix-ins.
- Pour batter into pan, bake for 35-45 minutes, cool, then slice into 10 pieces.
