  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked beef sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, pour in eggs, stir until soft curds form.
  3. Add sausage and bacon to eggs, combine evenly.
  4. Sprinkle in cheese, stir until melted.
  5. Warm tortillas, spoon filling, fold, and roll up. Serve warm.
