Ingredients
  

Protein Base
  • 2 slices turkey bacon chopped
  • 1 whole egg
  • 0.75 cup egg whites (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 slice lite cheese
Veggies & Seasoning
  • chopped onion
  • bell pepper chopped
  • spinach
  • Salt optional
  • pepper optional
  • hot sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. Sauté veggies in the same pan until softened.
  3. Add egg, egg whites, salt, and pepper. Scramble until just cooked.
  4. Stir in chopped turkey bacon and melt the cheese into the mix.
  5. Top with hot sauce if you like a little heat!
