Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Wet ingredients
  • 15 oz pumpkin purée
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup water

Method
 

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment and preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, pumpkin, oil, and water separately.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just moistened.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
