Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the Instant Pot and add broth.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Seal lid, set to 'Sealing', and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then vent remaining pressure.
  5. Shred chicken with forks, then mix with broth before serving.
