Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix with eggs, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into wet ingredients.
- Stir in nuts, chocolate chips, and oats if using. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, cool, then enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon.
