Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
Dairy
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
Oils and Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Containers
  • 1 unit Freezer-safe meal prep containers

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in olive oil until browned, then drain.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to beef; mix well.
  3. Steam or sauté broccoli and bell peppers until tender; mix in cauliflower and cook 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine heavy cream and beef broth; stir well.
  5. Layer beef and vegetable mixtures in containers; pour cream mixture on top; sprinkle cheese.
  6. Seal, label, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before reheating.
