Method
- Cook ground beef in olive oil until browned, then drain.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to beef; mix well.
- Steam or sauté broccoli and bell peppers until tender; mix in cauliflower and cook 3-4 minutes.
- Combine heavy cream and beef broth; stir well.
- Layer beef and vegetable mixtures in containers; pour cream mixture on top; sprinkle cheese.
- Seal, label, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before reheating.
