Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Loosen the lobster meat from the shell, leaving the tail connected.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
