Ingredients

Lobster Tails
  • 4 lobster tails 6-8 ounces each
Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Loosen the lobster meat from the shell, leaving the tail connected.
  3. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
