  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • Melted chocolate Optional: for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Hull, being careful not to cut through.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For easier filling, use a piping bag or a small Ziploc bag with a corner cut off.
