Method
- Wash and dry strawberries. Hull, being careful not to cut through.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For easier filling, use a piping bag or a small Ziploc bag with a corner cut off.
