- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients; beat cream cheese and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
- Stir in sour cream, then fold in pineapple; pour into pan.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes; cool in pan, then transfer to rack.
- Mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice; drizzle over cooled bread.
Notes
For best results, use fresh pineapple and ensure the bread is fully cooled before glazing.
