Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Sift flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and mix.
- Add pineapple liquid and dry ingredients alternately, then fold in crushed pineapple and milk.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool and drizzle with glaze.
