Ingredients
  

Shrimp Mixture
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime lime, juiced
Tacos
  • 12 corn or flour tortillas
Toppings
  • shredded cabbage
  • avocado slices
  • salsa
  • cilantro
  • Greek yogurt or sour cream

Method
 

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Fill each tortilla with shrimp and your favorite toppings.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
