Method
- Sear beef cubes in hot olive oil until browned, then transfer to slow cooker.
- Melt butter in skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add beef broth, Worcestershire, thyme, and rosemary. Pour over beef in slow cooker.
- Add potatoes to slow cooker, top with remaining butter, and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
