- Prepare the cantaloupe and cured beef: Cut the cantaloupe into bite-sized cubes. Cut the cured beef slices into smaller pieces.
- Assemble the skewers: Thread a cantaloupe cube onto a skewer, followed by a piece of cured beef. Repeat until the skewer is full.
- Add basil (optional): Tuck a fresh basil leaf between the cantaloupe and cured beef on each skewer.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze (optional): Lightly drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze before serving.
- Serve immediately: Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use a high-quality balsamic glaze and fresh basil leaves. You can also substitute other types of melon or cured meats to your liking.
