  1. Prepare the cantaloupe and cured beef: Cut the cantaloupe into bite-sized cubes. Cut the cured beef slices into smaller pieces.
  2. Assemble the skewers: Thread a cantaloupe cube onto a skewer, followed by a piece of cured beef. Repeat until the skewer is full.
