Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 4 lobster tails 6-8 ounces each
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail.
  3. Separate the shell and lift the lobster meat, keeping the tail attached.
  4. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
