- Cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail.
- Separate the shell and lift the lobster meat, keeping the tail attached.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
