Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix with maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients, then combine with wet mixture. Fold in nuts if using.
  4. Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, cool before slicing.

Notes

Optional nuts add crunch and flavor.
